The Agentic Layer.
27 specialised AI agents enforce continuous legislative compliance across Australian social security law. This is not a calculator. It is an identity compliance layer.
Why everything else fails.
Australian social security is structurally adversarial. Age Pension thresholds index quarterly. CCS caps index annually. Aged Care fees index on their own calendar. Tax brackets shift with legislation. And every single one uses a slightly different definition of "income."
Static Calculators
Point-in-time tools that hard-code the current year's thresholds and are wrong by 1 July. They require a human developer to manually track legislative gazettes, update constants, regression-test, and redeploy. Most don't. The tool drifts. The user trusts stale math.
Monolithic Platforms
Enterprise systems built for financial planners that model everything in a single, tightly coupled codebase. Expensive, slow to update, and fragile—a change to the Aged Care Act cascades through a tax module never designed to handle it. They also conflate "advice" with "calculation."
Both share a fatal assumption: that a human will reliably monitor, interpret, and implement legislative change across every domain, every quarter, forever.
Legislation as a living system.
The foundation was extracted using NotebookLM to parse primary legislative sources. But extraction is only the beginning. The critical innovation is what happens after the initial logic is coded.
1. Extract
NotebookLM + Primary Legislation
Google's NotebookLM parsed the Social Security Act 1991, the Aged Care Act 2025, ATO tax tables, and Services Australia guidelines into structured decision trees, threshold tables, and taper formulas.
2. Guard
The Guardian Network
Autonomous AI monitors—Guardians—each responsible for specific legislative constants. They search the codebase, cross-reference live government sources, and generate Delta Reports when the law changes.
3. Gate
Human-in-the-Loop Governance
No Guardian updates code autonomously. Every change produces a Legislative Alert with the delta, the source citation, and a plain-English impact summary. The AI monitors and reports. The human decides.
27 agents. Five categories.
Each agent has a defined scope, an audit protocol, and a human gate. No generic assistants.

Shareable intelligence.
The "Book" Format
Self-contained HTML reports uploaded to Firebase Storage and returned as shareable links. An advisor texts a URL; the client opens a beautifully formatted analysis on their phone—scenario comparisons, fee breakdowns, estate projections—like reading a book.
Design System Integration
Google Stitch MCP extends the visual design layer into AI-driven screen generation. Colour palettes, typography, and corner geometry are applied programmatically—every new screen inherits the brand identity without manual design work.
The Digital Twin.
The application does not ask users to "link accounts." It asks them to build a digital twin—a mathematical model of their household built from their own inputs. This is a deliberate architectural and regulatory choice.
Every calculation is a simulation. Every result carries a citation footer referencing the specific legislation, the financial year, and the date of the last audit. This cleanly separates technical validation from financial advice. The software does math. The user makes decisions.
"This is a digital twin based on your provided inputs. No real-world account access is requested or required."
Try the logic.
The apps are the interface. The reports are the evidence. The content is the authority. The agents are the infrastructure.
